Returns

By Blanca will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

For product returns, please contact us at hello@byblanca.com.au. Kindly provide relevant details and photos, if applicable, to assist us in processing your request.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Defective Items:
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at hello@byblanca.com.au before returning the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your selection.

 In the event your order arrives to you damaged, please email us at hello@byblanca.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
